Külçe


Bu benim memleketime ait bir tariftir. Ev yağı dediğimiz halis sızma yağ ile yapılır. Kocaeli'nin Gebze İlçesinin beldelerinde yapılır....

Malzemeler:
  • 1 su bardağı sızma zeytin yağı
  • 1 su bardağı su
  • 1,5 çay kaşığı tuz
  • 1 paket kabartma tozu veya yarım çay kaşığı kadar karbonat
  • Aldığı kadar un
  • ceviz içi

Yapılışı:

  • Tüm malzemeler karıştırılarak kulak memesinden daha sert bir hamur elde edilir.
  • 2 parmak kalınlığında olacak şekilde bir tepsiye yayılır. (Bizim tepsi biraz büyük geldi.)
  • Baklava dilimleri olacak şekilde kesilir ve her dilimin üzerine bir ceviz içi yerleştirilir.
  • Biraz da çörek otu serpilerek süslenip orta ısıda fırına verilir.
  • Afiyet olsun...
